Conversation with Dandelion: The Great Detoxifier!

Conversation with Dandelion: The Great Detoxifier!

I'm here in my garden sitting with Dandelion. Dandelion, what do I need to know today? What message do you have for me? (It went something like this...)

It's about control. You can't control everything. You have to set your intention and then release control of the outcome. You just have to trust in the universe and it’s magic—it’s all working perfectly behind the scenes. That you have any control is really just a figment of your imagination. Perhaps that is why humans battle me so often? They think they can control me but I am a master of survival. My roots are deep and my history goes back for millennia.

Every part of me is useful. As food and as medicine. I have more vitamin A than spinach, more vitamin C than tomatoes, and I am a powerhouse of iron, calcium and potassium. Hear me roar!!!

The perfect tonic, not just of your physical body but also of your thoughts and emotions. Whatever you are hanging on to, let it go already! Let go of the attachments of your mind and body that no longer serve you. Release your worries to the universe and let spirit guide you. Trust.

I am always here for you.

It is scary, doing something different. And maybe it’s a bit irresponsible in the eyes of my family and society, and maybe I fear their judgment (and my own) and fear failure and worry about the bills. But when I’m centered and quiet enough to hear the whispers of my heart I know the truth without a shadow of a doubt. And the truth is that I’m heading in the right direction.
